These Terms of Agreement are entered into between Media Creative Lab and the user. For clarification, please make sure you read and understand this agreement before ordering.
The services provided by Media Creative Lab include video editing and production designed for content creators and businesses. The content created by Media Creative Lab shall remain the property of the user, and the user will fully own the copyright. Media Creative Lab acts solely as a production service provider and shall not be held liable for any damages or legal prosecutions resulting from the publication of the user's content.
Media Creative Lab will make reasonable efforts to deliver the completed edit within a timeframe of 5-7 days (Monday-Saturday). However, in some cases, the delivery time may be longer, depending on the complexity of the edit and the total number of projects in the queue.
Upon completion of the video edit or thumbnail, Media Creative Lab will provide the user with the option to request revisions. Typically, these revisions will be completed within 24 hours. Once a video or thumbnail has been completed and approved by the user, Media Creative Lab will begin working on the next video in the user's queue.
Media Creative Lab holds no responsibility for any loss or damages incurred by the user. By entering into this agreement, the user acknowledges that Media Creative Lab's role is strictly that of a production service provider.
Please note that all guidelines outlined in this Agreement are subject to change. It is recommended that the user review this Agreement periodically for any updates.
